were required to accommodate the changing needs of the architect throughout
this project, while achieving complete customer satisfaction through
prompt completion and adhesion to budget. An exceptionally high standard
of finish was required for this project.
ARG
were awarded the Premier Award for Outstanding Craftsmanship for
this £120,000 design & build extension.
ARG
were required to provide complex construction solutions in order to
transform old prison cells into comfortable office accommodation.
The
external renovation of 71 council houses was completed quickly and
efficiently within a 14 week timescale, despite adverse weather through
the winter months.
Due
for completion in December 2002,
the 50 bed nursing home will be a prestigous, modern building, transforming
disused land into a development which will benefit the environment
and the community.
Accurate planning and meticulous attention to detail were essential
to the success of this project to replace the rotting existing
wooden
supports with new, state-of-the-art steel props.
The
ARG team worked in close liason with the school's head teacher
to provide external planned maintenance to this 100 year old traditional
school.
