The external renovation of 71 council houses was completed quickly and efficiently within a 14 week timescale, despite adverse weather through the winter months.

All 71 houses were re-roofed, had their chimney-stacks rebuilt, and their soffits, fascias and bay window roofing replaced. The whole project was carried out while the tenants were still in residence, thus making health and safety a key issue.

ARG were able to work within stringent health and safety regulations while keeping disruption to tenants to an absolute minimum.

Despite problems with weather, this large scale project has been acknowledged as a complete success by all concerned.
