Completed in Spring 2003, ARG won the tender for the building of this 50 bed private nursing home.

From the beginning of the project, numerous problems were constantly being uncovered - The plot of land was a highly contaminated brown field site filled with various waste products.

Because of this the building could not be constructed on standard foundations, therefore specialist piled foundations were designed and installed, and ring beams were specially constructed.

The nursing home is a prestigous, modern building, transforming a disused piece of land into a development which will benefit the environment and the community.
