| ARG
are actively involved in the CAGE (Construction Actin Group Of
Employers)
scheme in partnership with the CITB, West Nottinghamshire College
and Nottinghamshire Enterprises, which has been initiated to encourage
school leavers to pursue a career in the construction industry.
By regularly visiting schools in the area, ARG are able to identify potential employees at a young age, and offer them guaranteed employment when they finish their education. In conjunction with this scheme, ARG take on two apprentices each year, and update all staff and operatives on a rolling programme of subjects. This means the ARG workforce always have the skills and the experience necessary to get your job done to the highest standard. |
